Meinl's Sonic Energy Tingsha cymbals are made in India where traditional Tibetan methods are used to craft these precise, soothing and pure-sounding bits of kit. This particular model has a 8cm diameter and is perfect for yoga practice, meditation and sound therapy. All you need to do to shape clear tones is gently bring the edges of the two cymbals together, after which the tingsha produces a sound that's one octave higher in frequency than the alpha waves in the human brain, which by the way also processes delta, theta, beta and gamma brainwaves. Delta Waves
